Cons:First of all, most of the software is useless unless you're a audio/video professional. The other games sucks other than PUBG, WHICH ISN'T AVAILABLE 3 WEEKS AFTER I BOUGHT IT. The customer support from Intel is bad as well, it takes so many days to reply to one answer. After i asked them when will the CD KEY be available for PUBG, they replied with 'Did you clear your brows cookie?' really? how is that answer even remotely related to what I asked. Then after a week after they didn't reply, i tried sending a new ticket and there is always an error that prevents me from sending. After finally getting a ticket in and waited 3 days, they REASSURED ME THAT IT WILL AVAILABLE ON SEPT. 5th and now it is the 6th, they haven't replied to anything and if I tried to send a new ticket and I always get that same dang error that will not allow me to send it. I am going to be returning that laptop I bought for this software but the laptop wouldn't even work correctly. after spending $1500 on the laptop, the touchscreen is bugged after sleeping/hibernation and the software package doesn't give me the only thing I want. Absolutely rediculous.
